Mr. Caissie represents clients in areas of Criminal Defense, Family Law and General Litigation matters. He regularly appears before the Provincial Court of New Brunswick and Nova Scotia as well as the Court of King's Bench of New Brunswick and the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia.
Mr. Caissie offers diligent services and creative solutions to ensure that his client's rights are at the forefront of any Court proceedings.

Mr. Gallant represents clients in the areas of Criminal Defense and General litigation and offers services in Estate Law. Mr. Gallant also advises companies on Corporate matters and Debt Recovery situations.
Mr. Gallant regularly appears before the New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island Courts, and offers services in both French and English.

Ms. Duguay represents clients in the areas of Criminal Law, Family Law, Civil Litigation, Real Estate transactions, and Wills, Estates, and Probate matters. She regularly appears before the Provincial Court and the Court of King’s Bench of New Brunswick, offering knowledgeable and dedicated advocacy across the province.
A graduate of the Université de Moncton—where she earned a degree in Psychology—and its Faculty of Law, Ms. Duguay brings both a strong academic foundation and a client-focused approach to her practice. As a member of Optimum Law since its inception, she is committed to providing thorough, responsive, and solutions-oriented legal services.
Ms. Duguay offers services in both of New Brunswick’s official languages.

Me Duguay représente des clients dans les domaines du droit criminel, du droit de la famille, du litige civil, de l’immobilier ainsi que des testaments, successions et homologations. Elle comparaît régulièrement devant la Cour provinciale et la Cour du Banc du Roi du Nouveau-Brunswick, offrant une représentation rigoureuse et éclairée au travers de la province.
Diplômée du programme de premier cycle de l’Université de Moncton, où elle a obtenu un baccalauréat en spécialisation en psychologie, ainsi que de sa Faculté de droit, Me Duguay met à profit une formation solide et une approche axée sur les besoins de ses clients. Membre d’Optimum Law depuis sa fondation, elle s’engage à fournir des services juridiques attentifs, efficaces et orientés vers des solutions concrètes.
